The hotel's cleanliness was top-notch, and the facilities were modern and well-maintained. We enjoyed the convenience of the hotel's parking and the easy access to transportation. The location, very near the second international airport of this city, allowed us to reach our destination comfortably in a cab. Additionally, the underground station nearby provided quick access to Nanjin Road, a popular area, in just 20 minutes. The highlight of our stay was the rotating restaurant, where we had a memorable dining experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.
Nothing could have been better.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel in the heart of a vibrant Korean district. The location was perfect, as it was conveniently near the airport, making my travels much easier. What stood out the most was the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the bell staff and porter to the 24-hour room service, they ensured that I felt pampered and well taken care of throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel offered a variety of amenities such as a dietician, doctor on call, and even a shoe shine service, adding to the overall luxurious experience.
In conclusion, this hotel is a top-notch venue that offers enhanced comfort and quality services. With its prime location in a bustling Korean district, near the airport and a wide range of amenities, it exceeded my expectations.

We had a family suite. It was luxurious. The staffs are friendly and helpful. There are many Korean restaurants nearby. There is a old town nearby called Jiu Bao where one can sample the old Shanghai way of life.
A bit far from the Shanghai central.

The staff was very friendly
I did not have hot water in the morning, only lukewarm. The staff later told me I had to report it when the problem was there, but I was in a hurry and took a cold shower.

The hotel is conveniently located near two underground stations, with Line 9 and the next nearest station just a 5-minute walk away. It's also situated in a Korean district with plenty of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. You can reach Nanjin Road in just 20 minutes via the underground. Plus, it's very near Shanghai's second international airport. Guests will appreciate the beautiful view from the high windows, luxurious and spacious bathroom, great service, and good quality dinner.
The breakfast buffet may be limited, with just one or two options for western guests and a coffee machine that can't keep up with demand.

Wetern restaurant in the lobby is good enough if you arrive late and tired. It is only 15-20 minutes from Hongqiao airport by taxi with cost around 25-30rmb

The room was comfortable and clean, with modern decor. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation.
The air conditioning did not work in the rooms, making it uncomfortably warm at night. The hotel had a limited choice of non-smoking rooms, and I had to change rooms twice.

The suite was very large and the beds were comfortable.
Like a lot of Chinese hotels there were stains on the upholstery, although the furniture was otherwise in good repair.

The hotel was overpriced and charged extra fees for things that were supposed to be included. the view from the room was terrible and the bathtub and sheets were not clean.
